COLD! 3/4" of ice in the wash basin, and the water jug partially froze up. Very windy.

Update for Brian: I called in 4 a week ago. 1 spike and 2 cows to within 15 yards. Then a 4x5 was coming good when some guy with a Hoochie Mama came and blew the whole setup. Then yesterday I saw about 12 total. the wind was terribll swirling and about 20 MPH. I about froze to death. Those are the only times I've been out so far do to a bad knee. It was 25 degrees here in Craig this AM. I'll give it a try tomorrow.

Heading out around 3. Should have the weekend camp setup by 6. Tommorrow will start early. We have a 1.5 mile hike in from the trailhead before dawn.
